Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using https://lestricotsdo.be (“the Site”) operated by M Sales BV (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://lestricotsdo.be.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by M Sales BV.
M Sales BV has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
You have the obligation to examine the goods at the time of delivery and if you believe they do not meet the agreement made at the time of order to notify M Sales BV in writing or e-mail within 14 days of the purchase.
The goods must be returned within a further 14 days after the complaint has been made.
M Sales BV reserves the right to replace the goods, if in stock, or offer a refund. Naturally, the goods must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were delivered and in the original packaging. The costs for return are at your own expense.
The prices on this store are quoted in Euros and include applicable sales taxes, shipping and handling for countries in the European Union. For countries outside of the EU, local taxes and customs duties maybe applicable.
Payment must be made in advance via Saferpay using either a debit card from Maestro or Bancontact, or a credit card from Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
All financial transactions are carried out in a secure environment.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. If the price increases in between the time of order and the execution of the order, your order will still be valid at the pre-increase price.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
